Girl and I went on our first ice bike ride... it was cold! Girl came up to a stop sign and tried to stop the bike with her feet -we just kept sliding. We waved to an Amish guy using a Bobcat (the machine, not the animal - that would be scary! and weird... ) in a neighbors pasture. Riding up to "our" railroad, we heard a train in the near distance blowing it's horn. Going home was a bit harder since the wind was against us, but we made it, a little out of breath, but with energy. ... Why were we getting our exercise in so early?
After they left I had a little down time. I think I took a nap. But Ivy and I also played in the backyard twice. We sniffed behind the barn (it smells a little like sheep back there because there's two lambs living in the barn!), ran in and out of the trees, wrestled and looked for cat poop (well, Ivy did).
When we arrived home it was kinda late, so I got a quick drink of water, had a quick potty break and then settled down for a good night's sleep. Ah, it was good to be at home. When Girl went to bed, I may have snuck onto the couch and curled up in a ball... zzz...
