March has been filled with training, playing, basking in sunshine, and in general, enjoying living the life God's given us... Which is not to say that we're living a perfect, rose colored life- both dogs and humans have been learning lessons, growing and hopefully, by the grace of God, us humans are being made more into His image. And the dogs are becoming more obedient, 'free-er' canines (more free by getting more privileges because their obeying and hopefully spending more time outside).
This evening Noah, Ivy and I hung out in the backyard for about half an hour. They ran around sniffing, wrestling, annnnd looking for cat poop (yuck!). They've finished their dinner now, and Ivy's resting be the wood stove and Noah's laying next to me as I type.
One of Noah and Ginger's (of Family Raised Goldens) puppies came over recently. He enjoyed chewing on bones, exploring, napping under the table, playing games with us and just being his friendly little self. He is eight weeks old and will be going to his new family soon! |
Noah's daughter (from his and Miah's litter) is over three weeks old and is doing good! She's shown here resting with her mama Miah, of Waterford Kennels. (Log into Facebook to visit their page!) |
We attended, placed and got ribbons at our first AKC Rally and Obedience trials! Read Noah's blog post about it here. |
Noah boa (one of his nicknames, along with "pumpkin"...) and I celebrated our first complete year of blogging! To echo Noah, " I can't wait to see where another year of blogging and Jesus lead!" Enjoy the post here. |
That's all for now! I will most likely post monthly updates on Noah's Blog now, instead of just emailing them.
Be blessed!
